Standard Bronze Turkeys
$20.00Standard Bronze turkeys are one of the most iconic and historic breeds, known for their stunning metallic bronze feathers and large size. This heritage breed is a favorite for those looking for a traditional, productive turkey.
Toms weigh 25–36 pounds, and hens weigh 16–20 pounds. They are reliable layers and they produce high-quality, flavorful meat. Standard Bronze turkeys are excellent foragers and hardy birds that thrive in free-range environments.
Toulouse – Buff Geese
Price range: $38.00 through $70.00Buff Toulouse Geese have the beautiful coloring and disposition of Buffs, but have the bigger size and dewlap of the Large Dewlap Toulouse. This is a rare coloration making it a very distinctive Toulouse.
Toulouse – French Geese
Price range: $20.00 through $40.00We imported Toulouse breeding stock from France in 2006 and have been offering their progeny for the last couple of years. They are not an exhibition Toulouse, they are a utility goose that are very hardy and are grown commercially in France.
Toulouse – Large Dewlap Geese
Price range: $110.00 through $240.00The Large Dewlap Toulouse was developed from the common Toulouse goose in the 1850’s in England for exhibition purposes. Their unique characteristics are the large dewlap of skin hanging below their beak, a deep keel hanging from their breast and two lobes in their full paunch. They continue growing for several years and do not reach their peak development until they are at least three years old.
Toulouse Geese
Price range: $20.00 through $40.00This breed of goose was developed in Haute Garonne, France, where the city of Toulouse is the region’s center. They were first exported to England in the 1840s and America in the early 1850s. Though they fatten up well if you want a good roasted goose, their darker pin feathers do not produce as attractive a carcass as a white goose.
Trumpeter Swan Breeder Pair
$4,700.00Trumpeter Swans are the biggest waterfowl native to North America. Mature males stand around 4 feet tall! Because of their size, Trumpeter Swans need at least 300 feet of running space to take off in flight.
Trumpeter Swans prefer the cold of northern regions, but can be kept comfortably anywhere in the United States. You will need a body of water for them, and they prefer lakes, ponds, and large, slow-moving rivers with lots of vegetation.
Trumpeter Swans enjoy aquatic plants and grasses that can be found in and around water. This can be supplemented with a commercial waterfowl feed as well as green leafy produce.
Trumpeter Swans breeding season lasts from March thru October. Trumpeters will typically bond with their mate when they are 3-4 years of age. Trumpeters typically mate for life but do occasionally seek a new mate. Pens will lay a clutch of 4-6 cream to off-white eggs and they will hatch in 32-37 days. They will nest close to shore and reuse their nest year after year.
Adult Trumpeter Swans are a beautiful solid white with black bill and legs. Yearlings are gray-brown and will turn solid white at around 2 years of age. As the name implies, their call is loud and sounds like a trumpet. Mature Trumpeter Swan cobs (males) weigh around 26 pounds, pens (females) around 22 pounds. They range from 54 to 62 inches in length and have an impressive wingspan of 80 inches. Trumpeters live 12-15 years in the wild and 20-30 in captivity.

White African Guinea
$6.00Guinea fowl make excellent farmyard “watch dogs.” They are loud, alert, and quick to react when something different enters their area.
This category describes guineas as some of the best watch birds for sounding off when human or animal intruders come into their territory. That alert nature can make them useful around farms, acreages, barns, gardens, and homesteads.
However, customers should understand that the same alert calling that makes guineas useful can also make them noisy. If you have close neighbors or noise restrictions, consider your setup before ordering.
White Egger™ Hatching Eggs
$4.22White Egger™ is a Cackle Hatchery line of breeding that produces a lightweight white hen that lays large brilliant white eggs. We have taken our best line of production leghorns that can produce 280-340 eggs a year for this offering. Although a great egg producer they are not the friendliest hens for a pet but do well confined or as a range chicken. They have a great feed conversion efficiency ratio, so they make a great production hen.
