After your order has been prepared, we direct you to a trusted transportation provider and provide you with the necessary shipping information so you can follow your delivery.Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct shipping address, contact details, and any additional information required for successful delivery.Also Clients are responsible for any fees required for safe transportation of their order.Customers should also ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment upon arrival and inspect the order promptly.

Refund & Return Policy
At Meadowcrest Family Farm, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare, product quality, and customer service. Due to the nature of the live animals and perishable products we sell, all sales are final. By placing an order with Meadowcrest Family Farm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Return Policy.
No Refunds
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Ordering the wrong product or quantity.
- Inability to receive or collect the order.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Customer cancellation after order processing has begun.
- Failure to provide accurate shipping or contact information.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
Payments are used immediately to reserve inventory, prepare orders, allocate resources, and arrange the care and handling of live poultry or fresh farm products. For these reasons, all payments are non-refundable once processing begins.
No Returns
For the protection of our birds, customers, and existing flocks, Meadowcrest Family Farm does not accept the return of any live poultry or farm-fresh eggs once they have left our property.
Returned live animals may introduce diseases, parasites, or other biosecurity risks that could endanger the health of our birds and compromise our farming operation. Likewise, fresh eggs are perishable food products and cannot be safely returned, restocked, or resold after leaving our control.
Accordingly, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or replacements based on customer preference or changes in circumstances after delivery.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing a purchase. This includes confirming the correct products, quantities, delivery details, and contact information.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring they understand local laws, regulations, and any permit requirements relating to the purchase, transport, or keeping of poultry before placing an order.
Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss and responsibility for the order pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the agreed transportation provider or collected by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law. While we carefully prepare and package every order, we cannot accept liability for delays or issues arising during transportation that are outside our reasonable control.
Compliance with Consumer Laws
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory legal rights apply, they will remain in effect. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Meadowcrest Family Farm excludes refunds and returns for live animals and perishable products in accordance with their nature and recognised biosecurity, animal welfare, and food safety considerations.
